The National Philanthropic Trust (NPT) through its Web site, HarvestToday.org, provides the headlines on an "as-is" basis. We specifically disclaim any
representations or warranties, express or implied. Any site
that chooses to use this service specifically acknowledges and
agrees that NPT is not liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that
result from the use of, or the inability to use, the
headline modules.
To the extent it has the right do so, NPT hereby
grants a non-exclusive license to use, copy, publicly display,
publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise make available
through the site, the Harvest Today Content, subject to the terms
and conditions contained herein. You agree that you will not
sell or sublicense the right to use, copy, publicly display,
publicly perform, distribute or otherwise make available the Harvest Today
Content to any third party for any use. Nothing in
this Agreement grants you ownership or other rights in or to
the Harvest Today Content, its technology, features, and
documentation except in accordance with these terms.
You shall have no right to edit or revise the Harvest Today Content unless authorized in writing by NPT. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein,
upon written notice from the NPT, you shall cease using
any Harvest Today Content. You will clearly reference
Harvest Today
Content on your site as follows: "Harvest Today
headlines provided by the National Philanthropic Trust." You will not display
any Harvest Today Content on the Licensee Site in any manner that
NPT, in its sole discretion, believes will be
detrimental to the NPT's reputation or that will be
inconsistent with its charitable purpose of promoting philanthropy. |
